Our return policy will last 30 days from the date you receive the product (i.e. sign over from your local postal service). However after 30 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product which you received must be proven to be not working as described and it is subjected to management's discretion. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please do note that return postage fees will not be covered by us and please provide a tracking number for any parcel/package you wish to return to us.
